Clive Gibson
Clive is Assistant Principal and Head of Educational Technology at Star International School Mirdif, where he also leads the school’s role as an ISP Lab School. In this capacity, Clive runs pilot programmes that use research-driven approaches to inform the implementation and adoption of technology in education.
With a strong background in innovation, curriculum development, and edtech integration, Clive has led initiatives such as paperless classrooms, bespoke innovation curricula, and the use of AI to enhance teaching and learning. A regular speaker at educational conferences, he is passionate about the ethical use of technology, the power of STEM, and fostering digital learning environments that are inclusive, engaging, and future-ready.
Clive has been a Microsoft Master Trainer, Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow, and recipient of multiple awards including Best Use of STEAM Learning in the Classroom (GESS) and the BETT ME Game Changer Award. He has also been invited to be a judge in this years Global Edtech Awards.
