Early Years Foundation Stage
3 - 5 years old

Primary School
5 - 11 years old

Secondary School

Sixth Form

Star International School, Mirdif offers a clear and supportive admissions process for families. Being a trusted British school in Dubai, the admissions process at Star International School is transparent, supportive, and family-centered. The committed admissions group is there for the parents and students throughout the entire process, ensuring that the transition is a hassle-free one.
Application
The families open the door to the process by filling out the enquiry form to show their interest. After the form is submitted, the admissions team is going to reach out to the parents to arrange a school visit and schedule an assessment, which is going to give a personalized acquaintance with the school
Assessment
All the assessments done are free of charge. The Phase Leader carries out the assessments for EYFS and Key Stage 1 and shares the feedback quickly. The CAT4 assessment is necessary for Key Stage 2 and Secondary applicants, which is then followed by an interview with the Phase Leader. If necessary, the Head of Inclusion can be involved to assess additional learning needs and to ensure fair consideration across schools in Mirdif, Dubai.
Offering
Families receive an offer letter with the next steps after the assessment is complete. Parents are given five working days in which to confirm their acceptance of the place.
Registration
Upon accepting the offer, families are required to submit the necessary documents and register with KHDA as stipulated by government regulations.
